  I had terrific, personalized service from Katahdin furniture. I dealt with a Matthew and he was helpful, but non-intrusive, very pleasant, but no silly salesmanship. Just a good, honest man wise in the ways of furniture and caring for wood. Highly recommend.

  We bought a very expensive couch, we no sooner got it home and noticed rips in the fabric.. I called the owner and he could care less, it was now our problem. I've never paid so much money to be treated so poorly. Don't waste your money here!!!!!
